ARCHELON: 34 years of Volunteering
The value of volunteering is indispensable for human, as it enforces him, and gives new meaning to his life.

This way, with people aged from 18 to 65, ARCHELON completed its field projects for 2017, and is now in preparation for 2018 projects for which applications have already started. You may find them in ARCHELON'S official website.
This year the society had the joy and honour to accept the help of hundreds of voluteers from all around the world, a fact that demonstrates that after all, offering your time with single exchange the ethical dimension of "give and take" ,has acquainted huge importance, in the hard times the planet goes through!

In the end of such a productive season, we realize that for one more year volunteers are those to whom the society owes the biggest and most important part of the work that is done towards the protection of the nesting beaches and the rescue of the turtles.
Without those people, that selflessly devote their free time and hard work, we wouldn't have the ability to protect the sea turtles.
