The General Assembly of the ARCHELON Association
According to article 8 of the Statutes of ARCHELON Association, its’ members were invited to attend the Annual General Assembly on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 at the auditorium of “Theatro tis Imeras”, Nik.Gennimata street No 20, Athens.
The assembly heard presentations of the Activity Report and the Financial Report of the Board of Directors and the report of the Audit Committee for 2022. Following the questions on clarifications, the General Assembly approved the discharge of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee for the fiscal year 2022. Also the Planning and Budget for 2023 were presented and discussed.
