The Annual General Assembly of the ARCHELON Association
According to article 8 of the Statutes of the ARCHELON Association, its’ members were invited to attend the Annual General Assembly on Saturday 26 February, 2022, at 11am, at the auditorium of “Theatro tis Imeras”, Nik.Gennimata street No 20, Ambelokipoi, Athens.
In accordance with the Agenda, the General Assembly elected the members of the Election Committee for the voting procedure. The Assembly then heard presentations of the Activity Report and the Financial Report of the Board of Directors and the report of the Audit Committee for 2021. Following the questions on clarifications, the General Assembly approved the discharge of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee for the fiscal year 2021. Τhe Planning and Budget for 2022 were then presented and discussed.
The new members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee were elected to serve for the next 2 years. The Board of Directors has convened its first meeting and agreed on the following offices:
President: Thomas Arapis
Vice-President: Dimitrios Dimopoulos
Treasurer: Giorgos Valais
Secretary: Lenio Margaritouli
Advisors: Marianna Dimitriou, Alexis Sahinidis, Rania Spyropoulou
The Board invited Ilias Pitsikas, Olga Dretakis and Despina Dasenaki to become members of its’ Assistant Committee.
